Fellowship Trained Surgical Oncologist needed

General Surgery Residency Program Director Position in Birmingham, Alabama
Baptist Health System, Inc. (BHS) is seeking a General Surgery Residency Program Director.

The General Surgery Program with its ACGME approved complement of 20 residents is one of the five ACGME accredited programs at BHS. BHS’s surgical faculty currently includes 34 surgeons in general surgery and a wide variety of surgical subspecialties.

The successful applicant’s time will be spent in administering the program’s academic and clinical activities, supervision of resident physicians, and in clinical practice in his/her area of expertise. Applicants for this position must be currently board certified in General Surgery and have clinical and administrative experience with an ACGME approved general surgery program.
